However, if there're changes because the bus operation stops, please come to the ticket window/reception. We will refund you.

About change of route and number of people

Please request the bus crew/employee. If you want to add more, please pay cash or buy "Sugunoreru" ticket.
If customers buy wrong tickets because of their mistake, please cancel then buy again.
The cancellation fee will be paid by customers.

We will hand over to you at the ticket window/reception.

We keep customer's information in "Sugunoreru". Refer to "Personal information protection policy" "Handling of personal information" for more detail

We will get "name" "phone number" "credit card information" "email address" of people who buy student ticket and "school certificate", "date of birth", "sex", "address", "school name", "school year", "department deletion". If you request to delete, please contact the below address.
